Well, I don't know about a hair cut, but I went to JCP one time to get a spiral perm and they fried me. Just go to a regular salon that does men and women. Don't go to JCP
Yeah just visit your JCPenney and ask them how much would they charge you for a great cut. I think it all depends on the length of the hair.
