What haircuts can make eyes appear further apart?

I'm thinking of getting a fringe of some sort and I'm wondering if a full fringe (or 'bangs', as some people call them) make the eyes appear closer or further apart. Would a side fringe be better? What haircuts can make eyes appear further apart?
