What are good scene haircuts and makeup?

i am 14, and have medium length brown hair.


i want a scene hair cut but i dont want it to look to emo,


i just straighten my hair and i don't wanna tease it


i want to get it dyed a dark brown with blonde streaks.

also i want to know how to do scene makeup,


without putting to much eye liner on.What are good scene haircuts and makeup?
the scene make up is pretty much a lot of eyeliner, and you can get the scene haircut without teasing, my hair naturally does the teasing thing but everything you need is on this scene style blog:

and for makeup, i just suggest doing your regular bit of eyeliner, and mascara for bottom and top lashes.
