What haircuts work with long curly hair?

I know curly hair is hard to work with, but I am getting it cut today because I want something new. My hair is really long and I want to keep most of the length, I just want some style to it. Pics and suggestions are welcome!What haircuts work with long curly hair?
You may want to go with a few layers in it, depending on how curly your hair is will depend on how many layers. If you are really curly not a whole lot cause it will really bounce up those curls. But most people with a bit of curl will do a few layers to give you that scrunched tossled look that everyone likes. Seems when it is all one length it looks really heavy on the ends and doesn't have much movement. So that would be an easy way to get a bit of style into it, and not having to cut off much of the length.What haircuts work with long curly hair?

Most hair stylists have recommended layers to me... bc of your length, they are generally longer, subtle layers - nothing too choppy and look great. It is a little bit harder to maintain, but it looked really cute. And I didn't compromise length until I wanted to...

Short would be cut I have very curly hair and I love it short you can do so much more with it. But not to short like so you have barley any hair left. Just above your neck or below your ears.
Side ponytail,looks amazing with long curly hair.
My friend had very wavey hair and had it cut chin lenght it looks really good!
I'm not sure about long, but I got mine cut short (to my shoulders) and I LOVE it!
