What haircuts are good for a square face?

I have a very broad, square face with prominent jaw and cheeck bones. I've never really been able to find a cut that I like. What type of hairstyle would work best for me?What haircuts are good for a square face?
Long with long layers, no bangs. Loose waves can soften some of the angles of the face. What haircuts are good for a square face?
Short-to-medium length hair, especially with wave or roundness around the face. Wispy bangs soften the angular shape. Off-center parts with height at the crown look great on square faces. You want to soften the square look of your face with layers and wispy looks around the face. Height at the crown will elongate your symmetrical shape. If your hair is straight, you may want to consider a body wave, as some curl or wave to the hair will achieve a nice balance to the straight features of your face shape.
layers and side swept bangs.

i have a square face, and my haircut looks good. i have longish layers, and bangs. the bangs are all the same size, and dont uhh like...match? my layers. although, they look great. brenda song's bangs / hair is like mine. only her hair is much longer than mine.

so all in all, make sure your part is to the side, get bangs and KEEP THEM STRAIGHT and layer your hair. also, square faces dont look good with very curly hair.
avoid cuts that hit at the jaw line...you'll want to go above or below the jaw line with your cut. For long hair just get long layers put into it. You'll want a soft cut like that in order to offset a strong jaw...
